Engagements

Three ways to work together

Named, scoped, and priced. If none of these fit, say so on a call and we'll work out what does.

Tier 1 · 2–3 weeks

Readiness Audit

From $7,500

The right starting point if you don't yet know what you should be doing.

  • Structured assessment across data foundation, workflow clarity, governance, team readiness, and leadership alignment
  • Interviews with leadership and the staff who do the work daily
  • Every plausible opportunity identified, scored, and sequenced
  • Explicit build, buy, or partner recommendation on each
  • Written, board-ready readout and a prioritized 12-month roadmap

For companies who know AI matters, have maybe tried something, and want a defensible plan before spending real money.

Tier 2 · 90 days

Foundation Sprint

From $25,000

For companies ready to build the foundation and ship something real.

  • Everything in the Readiness Audit
  • Acceptable use policy and data handling rules written, reviewed, and adopted
  • Tool inventory consolidated and vendor decisions made
  • The prioritized opportunities from your roadmap, implemented into production
  • Measurement framework built so results are visible
  • Staff training so your team can operate what's been built

For companies past the deciding stage who need someone to own execution.

Tier 3 · Fixed term

Program Leadership

From $15,000 / month

I run a defined initiative end to end, for a defined period, and hand it back.

  • I set the strategy and own the plan for the initiative
  • Tactical guidance to the people doing the work — internal team, vendors, or both
  • Direction and coordination across whoever is involved
  • Status reporting your leadership team or board can actually read
  • Vendor selection, negotiation, and management
  • A documented handoff at the end, with your operators trained to run it

For a specific initiative that needs Fortune 50 program discipline until it lands. This is not a full-time or part-time seat — it is senior ownership of one program, with an end date.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Do I have to start with the Audit?

No, but most should. Committing to a 90-day sprint before anyone has assessed where you stand is how money gets wasted. The Audit price is credited toward the Sprint if you proceed within 60 days.

What if we decide not to continue?

That's a legitimate outcome and it happens. The Audit is built to be useful on its own — you keep the assessment, the roadmap, and the recommendations regardless.

Do you build the software?

I don't write the code myself. For a lot of what's worth doing, buying or configuring still beats building — but that's a judgement made case by case, not a rule, and custom work is far more affordable now than it was. When it's the right call, I scope it, pick the vendor, and manage the build so that you aren't the one managing it.

How is this different from an AI agency?

Agencies are paid to build things, which means they tend to find things to build. I'm paid to make good decisions, and often the best decision is to do less than you were planning.

We're in a regulated industry. Is that a problem?

It's usually the reason to have someone owning this. Governance is the part most companies skip and the part regulated companies cannot afford to.

What's the smallest company you work with?

Around 20 people. Below that, an engaged owner can generally handle this directly — and I'll tell you so rather than take the engagement.

On published pricing. Almost nobody in this market shows numbers. I'd rather you know before the call whether this is in range — it respects your time, and it means we spend the conversation on your problem instead of on price discovery.

Start with a conversation.

Twenty minutes. What you've tried, what stalled, what you're actually trying to accomplish. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
